These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Accelerate Travel Limited trading as Coraaj (“Coraaj”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13707837) with registered office at 58 Wood Lane London W12 7RZ. By accessing this website or booking services through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Coraaj is a UK-based premium travel, logistics and concierge provider serving both corporate and individual clients. We arrange travel, accommodation, VIP logistics, transfers, event support and related services.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or withdraw access without notice.

When booking travel or concierge services through Coraaj, you enter into a binding contract with us for those services. Some elements (e.g., flights, hotels, event tickets) may involve third‑party suppliers, and their terms will also apply.

Prices are provided based on availability at the time of quoting. Prices may vary until confirmed. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card. Payment terms will be specified in your Booking Confirmation or invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel your arrangements.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our standard cancellation policy is: • More than 14 days before service: refund (less non‑refundable supplier costs). • 7–14 days before service: 50% fee. • Less than 7 days before service: 100% fee. Supplier penalties will be passed through at cost.

7. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel services where unavoidable circumstances arise. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

8. Supplier Terms

Flights, hotels, transfers and other elements are provided by third‑party suppliers. You agree to comply with their terms, including check‑in requirements, baggage allowances and conduct rules.

9. Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, health documents and insurance. We do not accept liability if you are unable to travel due to non‑compliance.

10. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the total fees paid to Coraaj for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for delays caused by airlines, hotels or third‑party suppliers.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemics or government restrictions.

12. ATOL Protection

Accelerate Travel Limited t/a Coraaj is fully ATOL‑protected under ATOL. If you book an ATOL‑protected flight or flight‑inclusive package with us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate showing exactly what is financially protected and who to contact if you need help. Only the services listed on your ATOL Certificate are protected.

We, or the suppliers named on your ATOL Certificate, will provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative). If, for any reason related to insolvency, we or the supplier cannot provide those services, another ATOL holder may step in and provide them at no extra cost to you. In this situation, you would simply pay any outstanding balance to that ATOL holder.

If an alternative ATOL holder cannot be appointed, you will be able to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or from your card issuer where applicable).

If the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust make a payment or provide a benefit under the ATOL scheme because the services cannot be provided for reasons of insolvency, you agree to assign your related claims to them. They may reassign those claims to another body if that body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. This includes the handling of personal data required for travel bookings, such as passport information.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding and materials are owned by Coraaj or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
